Our training programs are open to individuals above the age of 16. By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are eligible to participate.

Course Enrolment & Access

• Access to training is granted only after successful registration and payment.
• Access credentials and course material (if any) are shared via email or secure platforms.
• Course content is valid for personal use only and must not be copied, shared, or redistributed.

Course Changes & Rescheduling

• We reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel a training session due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., trainer availability, technical issues).
• In such cases, participants will be offered alternate dates or a full refund as per our refund policy.

• Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior during sessions will lead to immediate removal from the training without any refund.
• Sharing unauthorized access or distributing course materials is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
  
  

Fees & Payments

• All training fees are to be paid in advance through approved payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay).
• Taxes (GST or others) will be applied as applicable.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality training, we do not guarantee job placements or specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the training fee paid by the participant.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore Karnataka, India.
