REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Aazain Infotech India Pvt Ltd, we aim to deliver high-quality training experiences to all our learners. We understand that sometimes schedules change or unforeseen situations arise. Please review our refund and cancellation terms carefully:

Cancellation by Participant

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the start of a session are eligible for a 50% refund of the course fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are not eligible for any refund.
  • All refund requests must be made via email to accounts@aazaininfotech.com with the payment receipt and course details.

 

Cancellation or Rescheduling by Aazain Infotech

  • In the unlikely event that we cancel or reschedule a session due to trainer unavailability or technical reasons:
    • You will be offered a 100% refund, or
    • You may choose to attend an alternate batch at no extra cost.

 

Non-Attendance

  • If a participant fails to attend the session without prior notice or cancellation, no refund will be applicable.

 

Refund Processing Timeline

  • Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during registration.
  • Refunds will be initiated within 7 business days from the date of approval.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
