Role Overview
The Senior Sales & Marketing Manager – Training Division will lead the business growth strategy for Aazain Infotech’s training vertical, focusing on Cybersecurity, AI/ML, Network Infrastructure, and other professional IT programs. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to build partnerships, drive enrollments, and position Aazain Academy as a leading provider of high-quality, industry-relevant training in domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual enrollment targets for all training programs.
Identify and engage with corporate clients, educational institutions, government agencies, and channel partners.
Manage high-value B2B and B2C sales opportunities in India and the Middle East (especially Saudi Arabia).
Negotiate and finalize training contracts, partnerships, and licensing agreements.
Marketing & Brand Positioning
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms, events, and partner networks.
Oversee creation of marketing assets including brochures, videos, and social media content.
Organize and promote webinars, workshops, and demo classes to attract learners and corporate clients.
Manage brand positioning of Aazain Aca as a premium training provider.
Partnership Development
Build strategic alliances with certification bodies, trainers, and training delivery partners.
Expand corporate training partnerships for customized in-house programs.
Work with universities and skill development boards for institutional tie-ups.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team (executives, coordinators, and interns).
Work closely with the training operations team to align sales commitments with delivery capabilities.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and report sales and marketing KPIs including lead conversion rates, campaign ROI, and revenue performance.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the training industry.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
6+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in the training/education/EdTech sector.
Proven track record in achieving enrollment and revenue targets for training programs.
Excellent relationship-building skills with corporate HR, L&D heads, and academic institutions.
Strong digital marketing knowledge including SEO, SEM, social media campaigns, and email marketing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in selling IT and technical training programs (Cybersecurity, AI/ML, Cloud).
Exposure to international training markets, especially the Middle East.
Familiarity with LMS platforms and online training delivery tools.
